Terms & Conditions

General Return Policy
A&A Computers offers 7 days return policy. Products may be returned within 7 days of purchase from the Invoice date and must be in its original condition and packaging along with the original sales receipt. Returns will NOT be accepted on items that are missing packaging or accessories or that have been physically altered, modified or damaged. Items containing consumables will only be accepted for return or exchange if unopened. No exchanges or returns on all used and refurbished equipment. Due to copyright laws and regulations, there will be no returns or exchanges on all software.
 
Warranties
All systems manufactured by A&A Computers come standard with 1 year parts and labor in store limited warranty. A&A Computers warrants other components and products sold separately to be in good working condition and free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year for OEM packages, and for thirty (30) days for RETAIL packages, from the original Invoice date unless otherwise restricted below or by the manufacturer's own warranty policy. After that period, items are often covered by a manufacturer's warranty, but will vary depending on the product. Please refer to the manufacturer's web site for details.
Refurbished desktops and laptops are sold with 30 days in store limited warranty.
A&A Computers standard warranty do not apply to Notebooks, Printers, UPS, and Scanners. These Products are guaranteed only under the Manufacturer's warranty.
 
Product Discrepancy
All products discrepancies and/or missing accessories, manuals, etc. has to be claimed within 48-hours of receiving the product. Any product discrepancy claims after that will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Shipping Policy
Orders for all in stock items are processed within 2 business days. Out of stock and special order items will be shipped as soon as stock arrives at our warehouse. We will notify you by email about estimated time of arrival. Please note that the shipping and billing addresses must be valid Canadian addresses (PO boxes are not accepted). We do not ship outside Canada.
Please note that A&A Computers reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock availability or information errors.
A&A Computers will not be responsible for damage during shipment. The customer must inspect the package for signs of tampering or physical damage before accepting delivery. Once the package is accepted, and there is damage to the product(s), the customer will be responsible for filing a claim with Currier Company, and will be responsible for any charges that may occur in getting a replacement or refund, such as shipping costs.
